Paul’s journey began with a degree in Music from Sheffield University, where he honed his skills as a composer. He went on to craft award-winning scores for independent films showcased at prestigious festivals, including New York, San Francisco, and Raindance. Driven by a passion for audio excellence, Paul furthered his expertise with a year of intensive training in engineering at Confetti, one of the UK’s leading studios, based in Nottingham.
Since 2006, Paul has been a full-time engineer, lending his talents to a diverse array of projects. His work includes engineering television programs for the BBC, producing captivating radio adverts for iconic clients like Chatsworth House and The National Trust, and creating soundscapes for films and corporate videos. His technical skill is matched only by his creativity, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality.
Paul’s expertise extends to the world of live sound, where he has collaborated with some of the UK’s top jazz artists, including Corey Mwamba, Courtney Pine, Partisans, and Dave O’Higgins. He has also produced and mixed critically acclaimed albums, most notably for BBC Jazz Instrumentalist of the Year and MOBO nominee Tony Kofi.

Jonathan trained at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and has captivated audiences across the West End, UK theatres, and screens.
He originated the role of Peter in the celebrated The Railway Children and has delivered standout performances in The Crucible (Reverend Hale), Hamlet (Hamlet), and The 39 Steps (Richard Hannay). With a career spanning classics like Macbeth, comedies like Blue/Orange, and family favorites like The Gruffalo, Jonathan’s range as an actor is unparalleled.
In addition to his acting, Jonathan is also an accomplished writer with a first-class grasp of English. He often collaborates with clients to refine their scripts, offering rewrites and corrections to ensure clarity and impact in every production.

Doug Smith is a highly accomplished programme director with expertise in both film and video. A graduate of the Royal College of Art School of Film & Television, Doug began his career as a film editor before transitioning to directing. Over the years, he has built an impressive portfolio across broadcast, corporate, commercial, and music video production.
Doug’s non-broadcast work focuses on business-to-business communications and education, with clients that include prestigious names such as Jaeger, Vidal Sassoon, Marks & Spencer, Shell, and British Gas.
